The Love Gospel Assembly Youth Baseball Academy is a community-based organization created in 1980.We provide 240 inner-city youth from the ages six to seventeen an opportunity to learn basic baseball skills while building their self-esteem, sense of fair play, teamwork and discipline. Besides teaching baseball skills, the league provides its youth with positive role models that preoccupy their time keeping them off the streets and away from the dangers of alcohol, drugs and violence.

 

At this time, the LGA Youth Baseball Academy wishes to invite you and your company to participate and sponsor a team in the league. Your donation helps to provide the following;           a) Subsidize the cost of team uniforms and trophies; b) provides disadvantage youth an opportunity to play baseball; c) maintains registration costs low (the lowest in the community.)

 

In return for your donation, deductible to the fullest extent of the law; the Academy will screen your company’s name on the back of the team’s jersey.  We will also acknowledge the company at the annual awards ceremony in September.
