2009 LGA RAIN OUT NEWS AND INFORMATION !
ALL GAMES FOR TUESDAY JUNE 16,2009 ARE CANCEL DUE TO THE RAIN, NEXT GAME IS SATURDAY June 20,@ 8:00 am at el parque de los ninos
HEY I DID NOT HEAR FROM MY MANAGER..
AND THERE IS NO NEW MESSAGE ON THE MACHINE ..
UNSURE IF YOUR GAME IS CANCELLED? you have to come down to the field
Also managers are required to come down to the field to check THE FIELDS OR the rescheduled date for any rained out games.
Parents, managers, and fans please read this important message concerning bad weather in general for re-scheduled or cancelled games due to heavy rain. We all had bad weather and canceling games due to it.. BUT it happens... So when bad weather hits or you are unsure if the game you are scheduled to play is gonna go on we have one simple Golden Rule here at LGA:
1- YOU MUST COME DOWN TO THE FIELD TO SEE IF YOU ARE PLAYING... Calling the Manager or the Division Presidents the same day, the day before, the week or the night before does not work.. The best thing to do is to show up at the park regardless of appears to be bad weather. Calling the manager IS NOT ENOUGH...
It is required to all baseball players to at least show up
to the games!
Sometimes you might look out the window and say: "Look at it out there they will never be playing today" Well most of the times we are and you are going to miss the game, or even worse your team forfeits because it did not have enough players.. UGHHH..
So please remember that one simple LGA Golden Rule..
PLAYERS AND PARENTS ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK
WITH YOUR MANAGERS FOR MAKE UP DATES AND TIME!!!
ALL MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK WITH THEIR PRESIDENT
TO SEE IF THE GAME IS CANCEL AND ALSO WHEN THEIR GAME
HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED...
WE WILL TRY TO UPDATE INFORMATION HERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THERE WILL BE TIMES THAT INFORMATION ON CANCELED GAMES / RAIN OUT WILL NOT BE UPDATED.
AGAIN, PLEASE INITIALLY CHECK WITH YOUR MANAGER AND COME DOWN TO THE FIELD. REMEMBER TO CHECK FOR MAKE UP DATES AND OTHER CHANGES... THANK YOU.....
